After spending a good deal of time with my father I led him to the secret system of caves that housed the Guild. He was introduced to all of my team members. When I introduced him to Moon and he whispered something in her ear I felt my face grow red. I knew exactly what he said to her. She then looked at me and blushed. After talking with Fenix for a good while he departed saying how after our mission was finished I should come back to the AFR to live with him and tomeet my whole family. He also said my uncle had a gift for him to give to me but he left it in his other coat's pocket. After my father walked out of the caves and drove away Moon approached me. "Um...Dragen?" She asked. I looked at her. "Yes?" She blushed and looked down. "Is what your father said about your feelings for me....are they true?" I sighed and looked towards the sky. "Yes they are but, I can understand if you don't feel the same wa-" She cut me short by capturing me in a tight embrace. I brought my arms around her waist and looked into her eyes. We slowly moved closer to eachother and right when we were about to kiss Ichiro ran into the central cave screaming something about Nero. Moon and I both sighed and looked at him. "What do you want?" We asked in unison. "Nero is a traitor!" Moon and I looked at eachother. I cleared my voice and said, "What do you mean? Nero is on assignment." Thats when we saw them. Hundreds of soldiers rushed into the central cave herding all of the other members of the Guild into the center. Everything was quiet. Then the man I knew as Nero walked forward. "Dragen my good friend." He said. "Good to see you." I spat at his feet. He laughed. "Come on don't be like that. I'm gonna offer you a deal. Forget the Guild and join the great army of this nation." That's when all hell broke loose. I charged at him while pulling out my Makarov and combat knife. I shot him three times in the stomach then stabbed him in the chest. My knife broke. 'Goddamnit' I thought. 'He's wearing some kind of vest. My bullets went through but my knife...' Thats when I was shot by the soldiers surrounding me. The other members of the Guild saw this as the perfect opportunity to strike back at the soldiers. Nero was fighting a losing battle and he knew it. His soldiers just shot one of the most respected people in the Guild. The other members were in a rage. He then pulled out a grenade and a pistol. He pistol-whipped me causing me to lose my balance and almost black out and then he took the grenade, pulled the pin, and dropped it on me. The last thing I could think was 'Shit'. Then the grenade went off and all I saw was darkness.
I was floating in the darkness for an unknown period of time when I saw a little pin-prick of light. It grew brighter and brighter until I was blinded. When my eyes finally adjusted I could make out two figures. The one on my left was the first to catch my attention. It was a woman so beautiful she had to be a godess. I wanted to worship at her feet. She spoke in a voice smoother then velvet and almost as beautiful as herself. "Dragen Gregorvitch, it is not I who you should worship but the one I follow. My friend and I have a matter of great importance to discuss with you." That was when I looked at the other figure for the first time. He was dressed in a tattered black cloak. His face was covered by the shadow cast by the cloak but I could see glowing orbs as red as rubies that must of been his eyes. His one arm was outstreached. I followed the cloak covered arm down to his hand. His hand was only bone. Grasped in his hand was some sort of staff but, as my eyes traveled up the "staff" I saw the curved blade attatched to the top of it. As I realised who I was looking at I felt more fear then I ever had in my life. Thats when the woman spoke up. "Don't fear the reaper young one." I managed to swallow my fear and ask, "What do you want of me?" She smiled and said, "We want you to become the next Reaper. My friend here is growing tired of his prolonged existence and would like to pass on his sythe to a new generation." I answered almost immediately. "I'll do it." She smiled. "We need you to do one last thing before you become the next Reaper." I looked at her and asked, "What is it?" She smiled again and said, "We need you to spend some 'quality time' with your old friend Moon." She blushed slightly when she said 'quality time' and I caught the meaning of what she wanted me to do. She looked at me and said, "Each of the Reapers has to have a son or daughter." She explained. "But I must warn you it has been four years since you 'died' so she most likely will be shocked and don't worry about ruining any relationship she might have with someone. She hasn't gotten over you even after all this time." I nodded and said, "Let's get moving then."

Dragons
Dragons.
Some say they never were,
And were birthed from imagination.
The same say that fantasy
Is the realm of children and the insane.
To believe in the magical,
the mythical,
And the fantastic
Is to be as a child or a madman.
I am neither and I believe in dragons.
The majestic Lords of skie
Born of fire.
In an averie of flames
The eggs lie
Warmed by mothers breath.
Emerging weak and hungry,
Parchment wings
Unfurl for the first time.
Infant sings
For mothers attention.
Noble, proud and powerful
Lords of the skie
Reach the very stars with
A thermal sigh
And one thunderous wingbeat.
Upon the winds they soar
Swooping,

dragons
A creature of myth,
Or so many believe-
They fill fairytales,
Novels,
And haunts the past.
It's fierce eyes,
Gazing upon you,
staring into your being-
It's fiery breath,
The stench of lost souls-
Dried blood upon its talons,
A victim of the past-
The dragon's burning heart,
Driving his wings-
To spread his will-
To soar through the sky,
claiming it as his own-
The creatures driven,
By they're own being.
